Q: What does this rebrand mean for Telstra SNP Monitoring customers?+
A: Our priority remains the same: to protect your business and help it evolve. We’ll continue to bring you world-class security solutions, and you’ll be working with the same expert teams. There has been no change in management or day to day operations of the business.
However, as Sapio, we look to partner and deliver powering insights through unlocking the potential for your electronic security systems. This is the essence of ‘Human Powered Security’ in our business.
Q: Why is Telstra SNP Monitoring rebranding to Sapio?+
A: As the security industry and technology has continued to evolve, so has our business. Consequently, we have bought our branding into the future with a new name and look but powered by the same great team for business continuity. You can look forward to receiving an even higher level of expertise and service from us in the future.
Q: Did you remove Telstra from your identity because you are no longer working with them?+
A: No. Sapio is still partnered with Telstra and will continue to have the Telstra backing and resources as usual. We have removed Telstra from the name and our identity to avoid confusion and streamline processes to serve our customers better.
Q: Will there be a disruption to service during the rebrand?+
A: No. There will be no disruptions to service or day-to-day operations as a result of our rebrand. All scheduled works, maintenance and installations will proceed as usual.
Q: What is the change of company name?+
A: Telstra SNP Monitoring Pty Ltd will become Sapio Pty Ltd
Q: When does this change come into effect?+
A: Sapio Pty Ltd trades from the 25th March 2019.
Q: Does this mean we have to create a new customer/vendor?+
A: No, our ABN and ACN remain the same. (ABN 88 169 549 820 & ACN 169 549 820)
Q: Is there any change in ownership?+
A: No, there is no change in ownership. Telstra Corporation Ltd remain the Ultimate Holding Company (51% ownership).
Q: Do my contracts need to change or be novated to Sapio?+
A: No. All existing contracts remain valid. Please contact credit@sapio.com.au for any further queries you may have on this subject.
Q: Do I still call the same number for a service request or monitoring call?+
A: Yes. All existing phone numbers will remain including all your monitoring emergency numbers.
Q: Are your contact details changing?+
A: Our emails will be changing to @sapio.com.au and as such we request that you update your records with our new name, email addresses and banking details below.
All company email addresses will be updated from @telstrasnp.com.au to @sapio.com.au. All emails sent to your existing contacts at @telstrasnp.com.au will be re-directed to the @sapio.com.au email address during the transition period from 25th March 2019-30th April 2019. Please update your records during this transition period.

A: The bank details remain the same with only the account name changing to Sapio.

Q: What document changes can we expect to see?+
A: Effective 25th March, all paperwork issued, will be from Sapio. This includes quotations, invoices, purchase orders, etc.
Q: Will I get new signage/stickers for my sites?+
A: Yes, we will be working with our customers to issue new site collateral to you where applicable.
Q: Will my login details (username and password) to your customer portal change?+
A: No. You’ll still be able to access our online platforms using your existing credentials.
Q: Will I still have access to the same sales and account representatives?+
A: Absolutely. You will still have access to the same local representatives, who will be happy to respond to any questions or requirements.
Q: Will your logo and branding change?+
A: Yes. All Telstra SNP Monitoring branding will change to Sapio.
